Is that your 'Whale's Tongue' all decked out? Looks festive!
ReplyDeleteIt is the Whale's Tongue in the front yard. Of course I knew you'd like this one!
DeleteI love it! I'm thinking about doing similar with Opuntia pads...
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see that! Might be a bit trickier though. LEDs are perfect for this because they don't get hot and burn the leaves.
DeleteWow, that is gorgeous! Inspirational!
ReplyDeleteWow, thank you LT.
DeletePretty. I bet it is beautiful in the evening.
ReplyDeleteI did take some earlier photos and it looks great, but the darker shows up better on the blog.
DeleteSimply beautiful! Merry Christmas, Shirley!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Catherine!
DeleteBeautiful! Would make a great Christmas card picture. Hope you are staying warm:)
ReplyDeleteGreat idea, we send E-cards so I could make up my own. It's warming up out there, need to go check the damage soon.
DeleteStunning! Love your blue agave!
ReplyDeleteIt is fun to drive up and see it at night.
Deletelooooooove!
ReplyDeleteGive it a try, you have several plants this will work on.

I'll look for your version David.
DeleteThose white lights (?) show off the bluish cast of that agave's foliage! Used to do that on an Opuntia engelmannii out front...really striking.
ReplyDeleteThe lights are blue LED, they are a very pale blue which I like.
DeleteI think it was your photos of Ethel M. which inspired this one.

It's a fun idea that I saw in photos and then changed it to work for my yard. Glad you liked it.
ReplyDeleteThat is a cool decoration. With 6 rambunctious dogs cannot even think of that...
ReplyDeleteYour comment made me smile, we have to consider all the possibilities when gardening.
DeleteThat's amazingly gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteAmazing, how did you do that! What is its real color! I am so biased with blue and i guess since it is agave it may thrive on our hot tropics. thanks.
